People often experience a moment of epiphany before they decide to shed pounds. This unfortunate incident left me feeling physically weak and emotional too. I felt angry at the individual who had got me to sick, but at the same time, I felt angry at myself. I knew i had put my health into someone else’s hands; that it had been my choice to live the way that I used to be. That is certainly when my epiphany came. I told myself, “No Longer”. Basically If I dreamed of being in command of my health, I needed to be in charge of a few things i ate. That is certainly when my healthy eating and active lifestyle began.
